
Cyrah's Ascent is a 3D third person, combat academic project created with Unreal Engine 4. It is a Rookie Awards 2021 and Rookie Awards 2022 Draft Selection and Finalist in the Game of the Year category, published on Steam, DigiPen Game Gallery, Itch.io, and showcased in an article!
In a team of 24 with a team of 16 artists, I was part of the Environment Art team and was the Pre-Production Art Producer. I helped create the early environment visuals of the game through modular proxy modeling. I created early documentation and pipelines for the art team. With the team, I helped bring the project from concept to pre-production phase.
I took on QA, ensuring all assets were properly UV'd, baked, staying within a low polycount, and ready to use for the Level Designers. I worked in engine to create all asset LODs and custom collisions for optimization.
